Counter Sales

This is a full-time on-site Counter Sales role based in Pune City. The Counter Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering product-related inquiries, and assisting with purchases. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the sales counter, promoting new products, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and providing product training to customers as needed. The role requires daily interaction with visiting customers and proper documentation of sales transactions.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and address their needs.
• Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue and meet predetermined sales targets.
• Ability to provide Training to customers on product usage and features when required.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills for building long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a retail or counter sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
