Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, based in Hyderabad. The Counselor will work directly with students to provide personalized academic and career advice, guide them through the college admission process, and help them identify suitable programs and institutions. Responsibilities include assessing each student's goals, interests, and qualifications, offering information on scholarships and entrance exams, and ensuring continuous support throughout the admissions journey. The position also includes organizing informational sessions and workshops to educate students on their options and answer queries.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
• Proficiency in conducting Research and providing up-to-date information on colleges, courses, scholarships, and career opportunities.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple student inquiries and manage the admission process efficiently.
• Ability to conduct sessions, workshops, and presentations to support student learning and decision-making.
• Experience in counseling, educational guidance, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with the educational landscape, particularly in engineering programs, and admission procedures in India is an advantage.
