Counselor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counselor to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the education industry, with a strong background in counseling and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students achieve their academic objectives.
• Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students who may be struggling.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as time management, study skills, and career development.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
