Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about JEE/NEET/UPSC courses, curriculum, and learning plans
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and walk-ins
• Explain course features, fees, batch details, and learning methodology
• Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Achieve enrollment and conversion targets
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
• Basic understanding of JEE/NEET/UPSC exam structure
• Convincing and counseling skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Training & Growth:

• Complete training will be provided on JEE/NEET/UPSC counseling
• Clear career growth path to Senior Counselor / Team Lead
