Job Summary
PhysicsWallah, India's leading EdTech platform, is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counsellors with prior experience in competitive exam guidance. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students and parents about PhysicsWallah's courses, programs, and learning plans for exam preparation.
- Assess each student's academic goals, strengths, and challenges to recommend the most suitable course or plan.
- Convert leads by following up through calls, WhatsApp, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with academic, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Provide honest, empathetic, and effective counselling to build trust and long-term student relationships.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in tele calling.
- Ed-tech counselor preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Assamese/Gujarati.
- Ability to connect empathetically with students and parents to understand their educational needs.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, CRM tools, and digital communication channels.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on performance and results.
- Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with prior experience in EdTech will be highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with a counselling or sales background in test preparation or academic guidance are highly encouraged to apply.
