Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools and other stakeholders, and presenting Ezyschooling's solutions. Duties include drafting sales strategies, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, tracking customer feedback, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proven B2C sales and marketing skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Market research and strategic planning abilities for analyzing potential opportunities
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools is preferred
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with the ability to collaborate with a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the education sector or working with schools is a plus
