Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor, located in Ahmedabad. The Counselor will engage with clients to provide guidance and assistance for study abroad and immigration processes. Responsibilities include evaluating client profiles, reviewing and preparing documents, and providing accurate information about education and visa opportunities. The role also includes coordinating with relevant institutions, assisting with applications, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
• Experience in counseling, offering guidance, and addressing client queries
• Competency in document reviewing, preparation, and application processes
• Knowledge of education systems and immigration policies in various countries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer applications and systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in education consultancy or immigration services is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
