Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Counselor - International Education. The Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses and programs for international education and provide one-on-one counseling to help them with career planning. Key responsibilities include offering advice on educational pathways, managing application processes, and maintaining thorough communication with students and their families. The role also involves staying updated with the policies and requirements of international institutions that partner with Aliff Overseas while ensuring a professional and supportive approach with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and families
  • Experience in Career Counseling and knowledge of international education programs
  • Background or knowledge in the field of Education
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and a detail-oriented approach to work
  • Familiarity with international admission processes is an added advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or related fields
