Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries, and ensuring they make informed decisions about their career growth with our institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about various courses and career opportunities in IT.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to assist students with admission-related queries.
• Conduct online and offline counseling sessions to explain course details, benefits, and fee structures.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize student outreach.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT education and career opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Marketing, or IT-related fields).
• Knowledge of IT courses is a must
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
