This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in the Pune Division. The Counselor will guide prospective students on available courses, assist them in choosing appropriate professional training programs, and provide support throughout the enrollment process. The role includes counseling students, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and contributing to student engagement initiatives to foster a positive learning environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students and understanding their training needs.
• Excellent ability to provide guidance, resolve queries, and handle inquiries effectively and empathetically.
• Proficiency in organizing and maintaining records, managing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CAD, CAM, and CAE is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a background in counseling, education, or engineering.
