Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Gurugram. The Educational Counselor will provide guidance and support to students regarding educational pathways and visa processes. Key responsibilities include conducting student and career counseling sessions, providing tailored advice on educational opportunities abroad, and assisting with documentation, application processes, and program selection. The role also involves coordinating with students, families, and educational institutions to ensure a smooth counseling experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students and families
- Knowledge and experience in Education systems, admissions processes, and study visa requirements
- Proven ability to guide students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with application and visa documentation processes
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; prior experience in educational counseling preferred
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and documentation management
