Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counseling and Wellness Teacher based in Varanasi. Responsibilities include conducting engaging sessions, providing guidance and counseling, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

Either a Graduate / Post Graduate in psychology or Post

Graduate in Child Development or Graduate/Post Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance and Counseling.

• Strong Communication abilities for interacting with students, staff, and parents effectively
• Demonstrated knowledge of counseling principles and wellness best practices
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to students personal development
• Previous experience in an educational or counseling role preferred
