Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mathura for a Counsellor at ITCracker School of AI. The Counsellor will be responsible for assisting prospective students with their course-related inquiries, guiding them in selecting suitable programs, and providing excellent pre-enrollment support. Key responsibilities include fostering student relationships, supporting enrollment procedures, maintaining detailed records, and conducting follow-ups to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborating with the team to drive admissions and providing guidance for career path selection also form critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective students and their families
- Ability to guide students regarding course details, program benefits, and career opportunities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including managing application records and documentation
- Sales and negotiation skills to encourage course enrollments
- Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple student cases efficiently
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (preferably in education/training industry)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (candidates with a background in education or counseling are preferred)
- Enthusiasm for guiding individuals toward professional growth and development
