Job Description

As a Counsellorthe candidate will be responsible for handling and interacting with prospective clients across the Globe. The role involves both telephonic and e-mail interaction with prospective clients (Nationally and Internationally). Prime role is to satisfy the clients by giving complete factual information 

Responsibilities

1.      Communicate effectively and convert potential leads to ensure revenue generation.

2.      Collect and record sensitive client information and documents with strict confidentiality.

3.      Input and update patient information regularly in the CRM and study the trend in leads.

4.      Shall be responsible for communicating with the client at various stages of the journey of the treatment, which involves pre-counselling, post booking- pre surgery counselling, counselling post procedure.

5.      Coordinate and communicate smoothly with clients to handle their requests for information and scheduling appointments.

6.      Coordinate and share information with the relevant team to schedule appointments, cater travel requirements and other requests by clients if needed. 

7.      Analyse the customer trends and gaps in services and suggest a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base to ensure our strong presence.

8.      Contribute to team effort and accomplish goals defined by the management.

9.      Continuously update your product knowledge and analyse customer data to improve client experience.

Qualifications

·      Excellent communication skills.

·      Skill to empathise and judge the personality of a client.

·      Ability to record and update client details on real time basis.

·      Strong customer service skills.

·      Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
