Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counsellor (Study Abroad) based in Noida. The role involves assisting students in identifying and pursuing study abroad opportunities, providing personalized advice on courses, universities, and career paths. Responsibilities include guiding students through the application process, assisting with documentation, and offering consistent support throughout their journey. Additionally, the Counsellor will collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of services and maintain updated knowledge of global education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to guide students in making informed decisions about their educational and career aspirations.
• Proficiency in documentation and administration processes related to study abroad applications.
• Knowledge of global education systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Prior experience as a study abroad counselor or in a similar education consultancy role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in education counseling are advantageous.
