Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to students, clients, or stakeholders on academic, career, or personal matters
• Assess individual needs and suggest appropriate solutions or pathways
• Maintain records of counselling sessions, progress reports, and follow-ups
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions as required
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation of counselling programs
• Address queries and provide timely assistance to clients or students
• Monitor outcomes of counselling interventions to improve services and engagement
