Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role located in Ahmedabad. The Counsellor will guide clients through the processes of immigration and overseas education by assessing client needs and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include counseling students and families, preparing and completing necessary documentation, staying up to date with immigration policies, and maintaining clear communication with clients and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle customer queries with professionalism
• Experience in documentation, counseling, or advisory roles in education or immigration services
• Organizational abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and time management skills
• Familiarity with visa processing regulations and the ability to stay updated with changes
• Prior experience in education consultancy or immigration services is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, education, or a related field is preferred
