Career Counsellor Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct domestic and international cold calls to prospective students/professionals
• Counsel candidates regarding courses, career paths, and educational opportunities
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads via calls and emails
• Maintain accurate inquiry and follow-up records in CRM or tracking systems
• Meet daily/weekly calling and counselling targets
• Coordinate closely with the client's counselling and operations team
• Provide timely updates and reports on lead status and outcomes

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong confidence in outbound/cold calling
• Good listening, counselling, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with effective time management
• Basic knowledge of career counselling, education, or sales is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup
