Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counsellor, based in Delhi NCR. The Counsellor will provide guidance, emotional support, and strategies to children in need of individualized care. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing tailored plans, maintaining consistent communication with families, and tracking client progress. The role also involves fostering a nurturing environment and addressing challenges collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and emotional support skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Experience in conducting assessments and creating tailored intervention plans
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational and record-keeping skills, including reporting on progress
• Capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Professional certification or licensure in counseling or therapy (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational or therapeutic contexts
• Experienced required 2-5 years
