Position Overview:

The Admissions Counsellor plays a key role in supporting prospective students and parents through the admission journey. The position focuses on providing accurate guidance, ensuring smooth

coordination of admission processes, and maintaining a positive and welcoming experience for all applicants while following institutional policies and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students and parents by explaining admission procedures, available courses, eligibility criteria, and required documentation through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

• Provide continuous support to families during the admission process by addressing queries and ensuring timely completion of application formalities.

• Review student applications to verify academic qualifications and ensure compliance with admission guidelines.

• Maintain accurate admission records, student data, and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.

• Prepare and share regular updates and reports related to admission activities with the Centre Head/Management when required.

• Build strong communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of concerns.

• Contribute to creating a positive, student-friendly environment that reflects the values and culture of the institution.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET

domain.

* Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

* Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically.

* Familiarity with online education tools/platforms.
