Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor cum Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include providing career guidance to students, addressing their academic queries, and suggesting suitable programs and solutions. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with students and parents, guide them through various courses, and provide detailed information. The role also involves maintaining records of interactions and assisting in the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish positive rapport with students and parents.
• Proven ability in counseling, guiding career choices, and understanding the needs of students.
• Proficiency in telecalling, handling queries, and maintaining records of interactions.
• Knowledge of academic programs, especially in test preparation and career counseling, is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software is preferred.
• Good organization and time-management skills to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus.
