PhysicsWallah (PW) is looking for enthusiastic and driven Counselling Trainees to support student counselling and enrollment initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in academic sales and student engagement. If you are passionate about guiding students and building a career in the EdTech industry, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do:

Assist in counselling students and parents regarding PW programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation, etc.)

Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM

Support the team in achieving daily and weekly enrollment targets

Ensure a positive and professional experience for students and parents

Learn admission processes and counselling techniques under senior mentors

Who Can Apply:

Graduate or Final-year student (any stream)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in counselling, sales, or the EdTech industry

Target-oriented with a willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
