Costing
- Prepare and analyze product costing, variance analysis, and cost sheets.
- Monitor standard costs vs. actual costs and highlight deviations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by providing cost-related insights.
- Conduct inventory valuation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update costing models, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and overhead allocations.
- Provide management with cost reports and profitability analysis for decision-making.
Accounts Receivable
- Assist in customer invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Support AR team in monitoring aging reports and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure timely posting of receipts and maintain accurate AR records.
