Costing and Estimation Engineer

EIT Automation Private Limited is looking for a Costing / Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Department: Sales & Design / Estimation

Employment Type: Full Time

What You'll Do:

• Analyze RFQs, SLDs, technical specifications & customer requirements

• Prepare BOQ/BOM and detailed project costing

• Prepare costing for SCADA, PLC, HMI, PPC, EMS, BESS & control panels

• Select automation, networking & communication components

• Prepare technical & techno-commercial proposals

• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, specifications & lead times

• Evaluate quotations and prepare cost comparisons

• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase & Project Engineering teams

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation / SCADA / PLC Panels

• Ability to understand RFQs, SLDs, BOQs & technical specifications

• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Industrial Ethernet, switches, servers & IPCs

• Experience in BOM, BOQ, costing & techno-commercial offers

• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred: Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, Wind, BESS, PPC, EMS, SCADA or Industrial Automation projects.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
