Cost Manager - Civil - Guwahati

The role is a CM Civil site based role for Guwahati ( Assam)

Post contract works skillsets required like Billing, Quantification , Change management and cost reporting

The resources need to be experienced with base build works with Industrial project is added advantage

Skills Required

• Overall experience is 7-8 years
• Good knowledge of all methods of construction and procurement.
• Experienced with or managing a team that uses multiple estimating tools and applications.
• Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.
• The collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated strong listening and communication skills.
• Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  
  

Education - B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch - Civil

Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage

You should have relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills
