Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key EPC vendors, including coordinating regular touch point meetings at conferences and other settings
- Prepare, distribute, and manage RFP packages for EPC services (and O&M services)
- Ensure that appropriate diligence is completed on the potential supplier base through company pre-qualification procedures.
- Interview and evaluate bidders, and work with all project stakeholders to reach award recommendations
- Support the Senior Manager to negotiate and execute LNTP Agreements, EPC Agreements, and other consulting and services contracts, including all supporting exhibits, as required
- Support Senior Manager to ensure that contracts comply with technical and commercial requirements
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders from Development, Project Management, Engineering, Safety and others

Work Experience
Relevant college degree with preference for Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction or Business Management
- Experience supporting negotiations for EPC contracts
- Ideally has experience working in the utility-scale renewable energy industry
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and SAP
Business fluent proficiency in English
