Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP HCM Manager to join our team.  You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, managing for various clients.

  • Design project plans and provide supervision for SAP HCM project consultants
  • Develop and unit test SAP HCM software for interfaces, conversions, and custom reports WRICEFS)
  • Maintain responsibility for integration between SAP HCM and multiple HR systems with end to end global focus and integration between SAP HCM and multiple T&A systems with end to end global focus
  • Provide status reports for project constituents
  • Provide design and direction to adaptations to SAP HCM screens, panels and tables
  • Supports the creation, monitoring and review of Business Development activities around his/her solution- or industry- specialization area
  • Error analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution, proposal/implementation/maintenance of solutions
  • Design, develop and generate reports, analyzing the data to ensure accuracy and that the content meets departmental needs and requirements (including Leave of Absence Reporting)
  • Assess current analytics capabilities and makes recommendations for improvement

  • Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, Similar education related to IT) / Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM / MCA / MTech)
  • ICWA/CA Final as a qualification is preferred
  • Problem solving skills, pro-active, creativity and can-do attitude
  • Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and critical thinking skills
  • Quality decision making
  • Good Communication skils
  • Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management
  • SAP Certification preferred
