Cost Engineer/Project Cost Controller

We Eirefacades System Design Private Ltd. based in Thrissur, Kerala having Projects in Ireland & UK is planning to hire the following positions on full time permanent basis.

1. Cost Engineer / Project Cost Controller

Purpose: To monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring cost accuracy and alignment with approved budgets, cost codes, and earned value parameters across all faade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain project cost code structures (StagePhaseSystemSub-code).

Track budgets, commitments, and actual costs via Business Central.

Support Project QS and Commercial Managers with cost-to-complete forecasting.

Conduct variance analysis and prepare earned value reports.

Reconcile purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.

Generate cost dashboards in Power BI and CoreLink.

Identify overspends and initiate corrective measures.

Support financial audits and ensure cost data integrity.

Experience & Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or Engineering.

610 years experience in cost control for construction or manufacturing.

Strong command of ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, or Oracle).

Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills.

Financial acumen and attention to detail.
