- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from reputed University.
- Preferably CCP/PMP or NICMAR graduates with proven Experience in Construction and Project Management
- Cost Estimation experience in Middle east will be preferred
- Strong understanding of Basics of Cost Planning, Cost Estimation and Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge of Cost Engineering practices and principles, terminology and theories
- Knowledge of various design stages and corresponding cost estimates
- Having knowledge of Value Engineering and Cost Control process
- Good knowledge of architectural & structural items pricing
- Hands-on experience on Electro-mechanical pricing
- Experience and knowledge of item Rate-analysis
- Expertise in Microsoft office, REVIT, Auto CAD, etc.
- Excellent communication skill/Proficiency in English speaking and writing
- Can work as a team member and independently with guidance
- Office Location is Pune and Bengaluru
- Work from office - 4 days in a week
