We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Plant financial/Costing activities, including budgeting, Costing, KPI Management and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Manufacturing finance, experience in Renewables sector, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and optimize financial performance. This is a key position within the company and will require strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Full HQ exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly Manufacturing statement for Blade plants & KPI reporting
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly MIS statements (Local & HQ)
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
• Coordinate with AP team to ensure hygiene of Plant Accounting
• BOM Cost analysis & Standard Cost comparison.
• Inventory & Fixed asset control & Audit (Periodically)
• Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations
• Ensuring all reporting is compliant with statutory law and financial regulations
• Assisting the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members
• Maintain prices in the system for Cost Records.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors (Internal/External/Cost), Govt Agencies, Tax agents etc.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with CA/CMA/ MBA Certification
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance (full time post qualification experience)
• Strong knowledge of Costing principles and analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Extremely high levels of integrity, ability to operate with absolute transparency and ethics are of absolute essence.
