Role Overview

TheCost Control and EPC Contracts Management Specialistplays a critical role in ensuringfinancial discipline and efficiencyin project execution. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project budgets, implementing cost control measures, managing EPC contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute tolarge-scale renewable energy projects, drive cost efficiency, and strengthen contractual governance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Control

  • Budget Development:Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Cost Tracking:Implement cost control measures to track expenditures, identify variances, and maintain budget alignment.
  • Forecasting:Develop financial forecasts based on project timelines and resource allocation, updating as necessary.
  • Reporting:Generate detailed reports on cost performance and variances, providing actionable recommendations to management.
  • Risk Analysis:Identify potential financial risks related to project costs and recommend mitigation strategies.

Contract Management

  • Contract Preparation:Draft, review, and finalize EPC contracts to ensure clarity, comprehensiveness, and value creation.
  • Compliance Monitoring:Ensure all project activities comply with contract terms, conditions, and applicable regulations.
  • Change Management:Manage contract modifications, assess financial impact, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Dispute Resolution:Resolve contractual disputes efficiently while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, and communications for audit purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise incost control, budgeting, and EPC contract management.
  • Experience inrenewable energy, construction, or engineering sectorsis highly desirable.
  • Excellentanalytical, negotiation, and problem-solvingskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teamsand manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skillswith high attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications such asCPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or CCM (Certified Construction Manager)are a plus.
