Cost Accountant

Day To day Task-

Prepare and submit Product costing as per the requirements of Marketing, Plant and R&D for new launches, pricing strategies, and manufacturing feasibility decisions.

Cost Records Maintenance

Prepare and maintain monthly plant-wise cost sheets utilizing SAP BOM to ensure accurate material consumption.

Execute plant-wise Cost of Production (COP) working by allocating overheads based on specific Cost Centers and Cost Elements.

Perform monthly Quantity Reconciliation between production logs, SAP inventory and all the necessary movement Scrap/Samples and other movements.

MIS & Reporting -

Prepare and maintain the Expiry MIS to track near-expiry stocks and minimize inventory write-offs.

Preparation of specialized reporting on Diabetic Sales performance.

Month-on-Month (MOM) and Year-on-Year (YOY) reports for Sample and Scheme data, correlating these against actual sales trends to measure promotional index.

VOP Reporting: Track and report on the Value of Production (VOP).

RM/PM Rate Trend Analysis: Prepare monthly RM/PM rate trend MIS and variance analysis to track procurement cost efficiency.

Maintain a monthly Destruction MIS to track expired, damaged, and non-moving stock for disposals Market/Region wise.
