Aesthetic consultation and planning
A. Conduct detailed consultation with each customer with concerns
listing and prioritizing
B. Entering all the concerns in the findings section of the software
C. Making a detailed treatment plan (package) for the customer that will
offer a multi-pronged approach for treating customer concerns
D. Set realistic expectations, detail out the treatment journey for the
cases and explain using videos or photos or other visual props
E. Encourage follow-up patient visits by building trust and motivation
F. Enter treatment plan in the treatment plan section of software
G. Explain the treatment plan to the patient counselor so that counselor
can give price package to the customer
H. Prescribe appropriate products and home care routine for the patient
II. Procedure Execution:
A. Preferred hands-on experience / skills in order of priority
1. Fillers
2. Botox
3. Monothreads
4. CO2 laser
5. PICO (Fractional) laser
B. Lead treatment execution along with the support of nursing staff -
nursing staff has SOP for procedure and room preparation
C. Candidates will also get exposure to minor surgeries like small and
large skin growths ranging from Skin Tags to Lipomas
III. Timings
A. Full time from 11 am to 7 pm
B. One weekly off and additional holidays as per company leave policy
Requirements:
Education & Licensing
Registered MBBS
Mandatory course in medical aesthetics
Candidates who have done additional course in injectables will be
preferred - in absence of course, experience in injectables will also be
considered
Attributes
Strong sense of medical ethics
Willingness to enter data in clinic management software
