Corporate Travel Consultant

Expocity Travels is a leading affordable travel agency in Delhi NCR, India. It offers services in flight tickets, hotel booking, trip and tour packaging, event management for both domestic and international clients. The company caters to retail and corporate and SMEs segment.

This is a full-time on-site Corporate Travel Consultant role located in Delhi. The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, management, and arrangements for corporate and SME clients. The role also includes providing customer service, reservations, and ensuring client satisfaction with travel arrangements.

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangement skills
• Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Experience in corporate travel management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in the use of travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field
• Experience with event management and tour packaging is a plus
