We are seeking a skilled professional to join our corporate transactions team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate law and be responsible for supporting various corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents such as agreements and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Research and analyze regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to corporate transactions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders regarding transaction status and insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-9 years of experience in corporate law or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks in India.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus.
