Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Training Content Developer to design and develop engaging learning modules for corporate professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating content across domains such as accounting, finance, and other business-related areas, along with excellent communication skills and exposure to US-based processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, and assessments
- Simplify complex concepts in accounting, finance, and related domains into easy-to-understand learning materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Design engaging, interactive, and learner-centric training experiences
- Review, update, and improve existing training content regularly
- Ensure all content aligns with organizational learning objectives and standards
- Create training materials aligned with US business practices, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), and corporate workflows
- Develop content tailored for US-based audiences, ensuring clarity, tone, and cultural relevance
- Incorporate compliance-related training (e.g., workplace policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards relevant to the US)
- Support onboarding and training programs for US clients or teams
- Adapt content based on feedback from US stakeholders and learners
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of core experience in corporate training content development or instructional design
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, or related business domains
- Familiarity with US processes, standards, or corporate environment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner
- Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
