Corporate Trainer- Power Platform

Key Responsibilities:

·       Deliver training sessions on the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Platform Developer, and Power BI.

·       Develop and customize training materials and resources based on the specific needs of the audience.

·       Conduct hands-on exercises, workshops, and interactive sessions to enhance learning and engagement.

·       Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns.

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

·       Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the Power Platform and related technologies.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate training strategies.

·       Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.

              Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Power Platform technologies.
• MCT Certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Platform Developer, and Power BI.
• Any PL series certification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to customize training content and materials based on the audience's requirements.
• Familiarity with App Maker, Citizen Developer, and Power Platform Solution Architecture is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
