We are seeking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Trainer - LenelS2 / OnGuard to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training programs for corporate and individual learners. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive, hands-on training sessions using real-world datasets and modern instructional methodologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LenelS2, OnGuard, Access Control Systems, Security Management Systems, Physical Security Integration, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led online training on LenelS2 / OnGuard and related security systems
• Design and customize training content based on client requirements
• Demonstrate real-world use cases of Access Control Systems and Security Management Systems
• Provide hands-on labs, troubleshooting scenarios, and practical demonstrations
• Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical security technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve course delivery and learner experience

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in LenelS2 / OnGuard platform
• Hands-on knowledge of Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Experience with Security Management Systems (SMS)
• Understanding of Physical Security Integration (CCTV, alarms, biometrics, etc.)
• Familiarity with system configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals related to security systems.
