Experience: 12 years

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions for diverse employee groups

Develop and maintain training documents, SOPs, and manuals

Identify skill gaps and suggest relevant training interventions

Ensure effective knowledge transfer and performance follow-up

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Ability to engage and adapt to different learning styles

Experience in creating structured training content
