Overview Of The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Corporate Technical Trainer to train and mentor a batch of 15 freshers/interns in Full Stack Development and Cloud/Platform Engineering. The trainer will deliver structured, hands-on training.
Requirements
What you'll do
Deliver instructor-led, in-office training sessions on:
- .NET (C#)
- Angular
- React
- SQL
- Azure (Fundamentals & Basics)
- DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
- Cloud & Platform Engineering fundamentals
Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with internal Tech Leads to align training with project expectations.
Ensure interns are project-ready by the end of the training period.
Share weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise in:
- .NET (C#)
- Angular
- React
- SQL
- Azure fundamentals
- DevOps concepts (CI/CD)
Prior experience as a
Corporate Trainer (not freelance classroom trainer preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience training freshers or early-career engineers.
