Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support our hiring needs for US Recruiter positions at our Pune location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the US Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Recruiter roles
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess communication and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably in US Staffing
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, and staffing models
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for US IT / Non-IT Recruiter roles
- Prior experience working with staffing or consulting firms
