Role Requirements:

• With over 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including a minimum of 4 years dedicated to managing corporate recruitment.
• Proven track record in building and scaling recruitment functions, preferably in fast-paced or high growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience in corporate leadership hiring and building strategic pipelines.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tech tools.
