We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as Corporate Strategies & Board Member with legal oversight. This is a high-position leadership role involving compliance, corporate strategy, marketing direction, and board-level decision making.
Responsibilities
- Corporate strategy development and implementation
- Board member duties and governance
- Legal compliance and regulatory oversight
- Leadership in marketing and business development
- High-level decision making and strategic planning
- Ensuring company compliance with all legal requirements
- Guiding corporate direction and growth initiatives
Engagement Terms
- Probation & Internship (6 months duration)
- During internship: Stipend provided
- During probation (before internship): No stipend or salary
- After internship (if satisfactory): Hired at starting 1.5LPA
Work Schedule
- 10 hours work shift
- Monday to Sunday
- 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM
- 1 hour lunch break
- Additional 0.5 hours break for the day
No leave policy applicable.
