Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role involves developing strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, conducting business meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective real estate solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills within the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Acquire new corporate clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable commercial real estate solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
- Generate leasing and sales mandates from corporate clients, landlords, and developers.
- Coordinate with transaction teams to ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, MIS reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with developers, IPCs, landlords, and corporate occupiers.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good understanding of the commercial real estate market.
- Self-motivated with strong target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Real Estate Advisory Firms, Property Consulting, B2B Sales, Corporate Leasing.
