Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the competitive Bangalore commercial real estate market. The role focuses on corporate client acquisition, solution selling, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Identify client requirements and plan persuasive pitches and proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions and pricing strategies.
  • Present company services to existing and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to stay informed about market trends and competition in Bangalore.
  • Provide strategic inputs to management for new services, sectors, and market expansion.
  • Manage CRM data and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, pipelines, and closures.

Key Skills & Background:

  • 26 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Prior experience in corporate/commercial real estate business development is highly desirable.
  • Result-oriented with a strong drive to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear, logical, and concise communicator with strong presentation ability.
  • Professional appearance and client-facing maturity.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proactively takes ownership and seeks additional responsibilities.
