Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will generate and convert leads, manage client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and oversee the sales process to achieve revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the operations and production teams to ensure client satisfaction, handling customer queries, and developing strategic plans to expand the customer base.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Experience in Account Management, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations and maintaining organized processes for effective sales management.
  • Strong background in Customer Service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the event management or experiential marketing industry is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
