As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students through calls, understanding their learning needs, and presenting suitable course options. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a student-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to share information about EdTech courses
- Attend inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner
- Explain course features, duration, fees, and enrollment steps
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversions
- Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the system
- Coordinate with the admissions or business development team to meet targets
- Provide feedback to improve calling scripts and engagement methods
Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confident, patient, and customer-friendly approach
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education sector is an advantage
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling systems
- Qualification: Plus Two / Graduation preferred
