Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager with Signum Hotels and Resorts, based in Faridabad. The Corporate Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities focused on lead generation, relationship building with clients, and account management. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relations to ensure satisfaction, and ensuring revenue targets are met through strong sales strategies and effective negotiation. Collaboration with other departments to align sales goals and enhance customer experiences is an essential aspect of this role. Additionally, the candidate will analyze market trends to develop innovative approaches for growing revenue and driving business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales, including sales planning and strategy, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into loyal customers.
  • Proficiency in Account Management with skills in fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service and Sales Operations skills to effectively manage client inquiries, address concerns, and ensure streamlined sales processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and a results-driven approach to achieving business goals.
