The Role:
Senior Manager / AVP Corporate Solutions will be responsible for designing and implementing a sales strategy that expands Rainmaker's customer base while delivering against revenue/growth targets in the assigned geography. This is a key client-facing role with the ownership of revenue generation, driving sales pipeline, and closing enterprise-level deals across industry verticals. The individual will be required to have a strong understanding of different sales approaches while having a demonstrated ability to pitch solutions.
Engagement Type: Full-time
Important aspects of the role:
New client acquisition: The individual will be required to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
Client information & relationship management:
o The Senior Manager Corporate Solutions will manage the entire sales cycle for assigned Rainmaker clients (prospecting/generating & qualifying leads, presenting the potential client with suitable Rainmaker solutions, creating & submitting proposals, closure and payment collection)
o They will be required to collate and maintain client information on CRM systems
o The individual will be required to develop strong relationships with new clients while ensuring that both existing and new clients have a superior experience
Collaboration: The Senior Manager / AVP Corporate Solutions will be required to collaborate with internal stakeholders like Subject Matter Experts, Marketing team members, and Delivery team members to ensure that clients have a superior experience with Rainmaker. They will review client feedback and collaborate with teams to implement necessary changes.
Providing market inputs: The individual will be required to contribute ideas for recommended upgrades / additional products and services given their understanding of client requirements and market trends.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
About 5+ years of experience in a similar role(s) Knowledge of different sales approaches and an ability to identify a recommended approach based on the product and the client
Demonstrated skills required for success in sales roles, such as negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and confident presence
Analytical / problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams.
