Job Description

  • Identify, target, and secure corporate accounts to achieve sales revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the hotels corporate client base
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize repeat business
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events
  • Negotiate corporate contracts, including room rates, meeting packages, and other services

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction

Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth

Customize corporate packages and solutions based on client needs

Work closely with hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings

Revenue & Strategy:

Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies for corporate accounts

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management

Marketing & Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for corporate clients

Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Coordinate corporate sales initiatives with other hotel departments, including catering, events, and front office
